Built in the old cellar and in the stables of the ancient dwelling, the tavern restaurant “Borghetto di Pedana” still retains the peculiar characteristics of the restaurant, bringing to life those who enter the atmosphere and feelings of the peasant age. Selections of homemade cured meats and homemade cheese, homemade pasta, grilled meat and other dishes of Umbrian tradition are just some of the specialties that our customers can taste.
